SHIELDIL is the official health information app of SHIELD Illinois (a unit of the University of Illinois System). With the SHIELDIL mobile app you can:

- Schedule appointments (depending on the settings of your agency).
To access the SHIELDIL mobile app you must log in with your SHIELD Illinois patient portal username and password. If you do not have a patient portal account, please contact the SHIELD Illinois program administrator at your company, school, or agency.
